Does any one around here preach Islam.i am really impressed by Dr Zakir Nayak. I want to learn before I preach. I am from a religious kindof family..but I need to know alot more before I can preach right?
How should I begin?

YES , a preacher (in ur nearest mosque),inorder to ask him about any thing u need to know,BESIDE u should seek learning through websites and books ,and i wish that god guide u to the right path.(ameen)

With all due respect, what do you mean by preaching? Will you lead a class who will depend on your advice and directions? This is serious. Your ability will not build in months, it takes years of hard study. Do you have any idea how many years/books the preachers went through to reach this level? If you mean "serious study" in order to preach later on in life, I suppose the Sharia college is the right way, although I have no idea how old U R or if U have one in your country.

Read books and listen to casettes/cd. A good scholar is Ahmed Deedat he was one of the best preachers, who sadly passed away recently. Dr Zakir Naik is ver good. The best advice i can give you is read books first, compare and contrast until you believe it makes sense and if you believe it makes sense and the majority of scholars/sheikhs give the same information or is alike that should be sufficient for you. But act upon what you preach or do your best!

First of all you need to read more about Islam using good books that explains this religion good and step by step or you can sit with a person who can tell you all what you need to know and answers all your questions. Also if you don't know Arabic you can read a translated Quran and read it and you will have a great feeling when reading Allah's words. This will be so great. Fimilarise your self with the quraan well . Try to remeber Surahs and ayaahs both in english and arabic. brush up on fiq and then take a public speaking course.

if u want to learn more about islam visit www.islamway.com it's a very good site,and if u think u need more information about islam go to the nearest mosque and ask for the shaikh (muslims preist) ask him anythin u wanna kno about islam and am sure he will help u alot

Please don't. There are already too many people preaching about things that no one knows for sure, such as God, the afterlife, etc....
If you do decide to preach, don't preach hate.
The best way is to lead by example.

islam is the most perfect religion.if you reaserch in it,you will find the answer of many questions you have.for example the "holy koran"...it's the "book of guidance"...it's the "word of god"..please go read it word by word my freind...i'm sure that you will find a lot of truthes in it....
...dont pay bad advertisements about islam...i'm a muslim and i accept that muslims dont do the "real islam" nowadays...but i dont accept that it's because of our religion...it's infact our bad doings...we dont do our religion correctly...the religion is "without only a mistake" itself...
