God made us in His image, which is a bit like seeing someone in the mirror- we're not God but we're a lot like Him. That means just like God we have a choice to do whatever we want & the ability to feel emotions. Unfortunately the first humans sinned & sin has consequences. It's sin that has ****ed up the world, not God. We had a free choice to do whatever we wanted but we decided to do the wrong thing & that has ruined everything. However, God loved us so much that He didn't wanna leave us in this state; He came down to die so we can be truly free. That doesn't mean we no longer suffer; actually sometimes Christians suffer more because of their faith. But we have God to turn to & He gives His strength to keep going on despite difficulties & to become stronger & better people through the difficulties. Christianity is not about following a list of do's & don'ts; if it was just about that I would've given up a long time ago. It's about a relationship with God; the bestest Friend anyone can ever have. I must admit, if you read the bible but don't have a relationship with God then it could be hard to believe that God loves us as much as the bible says He does. But when you experience it for yourself then you cannot deny it; even if you're going through the crappest time of your life you won't be able to deny that God loves you & will never let go of you. But you have to experience His love first, which I rly hope you do. His love is such an amazing thing! Love is one of those things which cannot be proved by science; like can you prove that you love someone? The only way to prove love is by experiencing it. Ok I waffled on for longer than I thought I would... God bless,
sorry this is longer than 50 words

I believe in the god and the goddess. But I also believe that they're simply the words we use to describe what our limited minds don't understand. Why is because it would be a sad universe if we are the epitome of the best life has to offer.

Love brings Hope which inspires Faith. Without Love, People die. God is Love. When we do not practice Faith, we can not be like God. When we Do practice Faith, we make the world a better place by building a future for ourselves as a people, all people.

I look at it from a selfish point of view. Simply, Jesus will give you a better life, better people to hang around with, better things to do. your life will improve, you will care for other people more and they will care for you more. You will learn things that will benefit you. You will learn to love people and they will learn to love you even with all your faults and failings. In short, you will be a better person.
Is that fifty words yet?

- Logically, God is the only explanation that makes sense.
- I have & continue to apply the teachings of the Bible in my life and it proves that it must be the Inspired Word of God every time.
- I test the Scripters often ( remember, to test the Scriptures requires knowing them) & they work.
- If the Bible teachings did not work then I would not believe, ssince they do work it must be true.

Psalms 139:14 says it well: "I shall laud you because in a fear-inspiring way I am wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, as my soul is very well aware." NWT of the Holy Scriptures
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well." NIT version

I cannot accept that I exist as the result of a random conversion of particles and energy. Therefore, logic dictates that there has to be a guiding hand.

I believe in God because I have received a personal testimony of His existence. I have also received personal witness of other things concerning my faith.

I believe in God because I checked Him out for myself. I know my weaknesses and He is fixing them because I cannot. He has given me strength when I gave up. He has been there when no one else was. He is awesome and real!!
