We Mexicanos are a Nation of many ethnic groups, colors, flavors, sizes, religious groups, social lasses, etc....
Don't pick on our low social class, or on our Indigenous Communities!!!

If a nation cannot be Anglo-Monolingual and you say Mexico is a nation... why don't all Mexicans learn other languages in Mexico? They are monolingual as well. We are not "picking" on Mexicans, most of the questions here are referencing "Illegal Immigration" not just Mexicans, although they have the highest numbers in terms of "illegal immigrants" into the US. Why take offense if you are indeed a citizen, then you are "legal" and therefore not part of the problem that most of us have. I admit there are many US citizens that are racist, etc. there are racists and bigots in EVERY country, so by saying that we are "picking" on Mexicans, that could be construed as racist in itself.. oh and by the way se dice Patriotic en Ingles... y antes que se pongan a decir que soy racista,, pues no soy y si hablo Español bastante bien..... So we are allowed our "patria" as well. Why is it that Mexicans, Cubans, Germans, etc can be "proud" and "patriotic" but when Americans are "proud" we get slammed about being racist??? Just a question...

This is the United States dumbass, we speak English here, and if you don't like it go back to your great Nation, and what the hell are you doing here any way, if you are here, and if your in Mexico stay their, I don't care about your hell hole. We are not talking about just Mexicans we are talking about illegal Mexicans, and they have no right here or dose any illegal from any nationality, if you don't come through immigration you are illegal. Years ago England , Sweden, Holland, the Netherlands, Germany, Russia and other were all Anglo and got along just fine without other immigrants, so a Nation can be Anglo-Monolingual.

Can can be monolingual-- look at France, Germany, Italy etc. They conduct business and goverment affairs in their native langauages. People do speak English (quite a few actually). In France and in Quebec there are laws having to do with Language.
Why should people learn Spanish becuase you want them to? They should learn only if they want to.
Immigrants of all backgrounds need to learn english.

There are other Latinos here other than Mexicans anyway. Every considered Cubans and Puerto Ricans?
