Lets get this straight, YOUR NOT UGLY. And I think it's okay to ask that girl out. If she says no very rudely she is not worthy of you. Give it a try is she can see with her eyes she can see your good heart too.

hot girls rarely get asked out we guys are naive we the hotter they are the the less likely they are to be single therefore the less likely someone is to ask them out not to mention most guys cant hold on to the hot'ies because they are to insecure and jealousy and posessive behavior drive those hot'ies straight out the door.
