The Wildlife Safari is in Winston, just outside Roseburg. They have a siberian Tiger. http://www.wildlifesafari.org/animals/index.htm

The other place is the West Coast Game Park just south of Bandon. They definitely have tigers and at the right time of year, can even hold and feed them.

The one that I know of is several hours south, past Eugene. It was a nice drive through wildlife park, but I'm not sure if there were tigers. Bears, yes. It may have been located in Roseville. I'm fairly certain it was off of I-5.
