Dr. Hulda Clark's "Zapper"?

Question

I am getting ready to build one of Dr. Hulda Clarks little "zapper" tools that is suppossed to destroy parasites and some bacteria living inside the human body. I was wondering if anyone knows of whether or not this thing is actually effective or not, and does anyone know about safety? Please dont respond unless you have experienced use with the zapper. Thank you.
