Christmas is actually a Christianized Pagan Holiday known as Yule/Saturnalia. Then the USA went ahead and commercialized it.
Ah, the raping of holidays!

I got into an argument with someone over this.
The BASES yes it is religiouse, but thats all,
everything else, is commercial. My argument was because I said that the only reason Christmas is on Dec. 25 is because the winter solstace, (dec 21) a pagan holiday. Well some devout christians STILL believe that is the ACTUAL day Jesus was born.
Santa wasn't a Jahova's winess, because he actually died before that religion surfaced, He was looked to be a saint in the eyes of christians, But to me he was just another man, But didn't live at the north pole, I don't know how that fable came about.
HAHAHAHHAHAHA, if anyone who has been out of a cave, even the Holy Vadican has adopted the fact that the astrology has pointed to the SPRING!!!! when the wise men followed the north star, well guess what fanatics, the North star is only visible in isreal, in APRIL, meaning Jesus wasn't born in December, he most likely got crusified around his birthday.
I belive love and fololow God, but even I know Christmas is commercial,
I agree with you 100%
To you fanatics, do a little research if you want to challenge my I deas: "don't hold strong opinions about things you don't understand."

True history Santa Claus was a male witch! That preformed magic, he did kind things for poor children in his neighboring towns that is why it was o.k. for him to be considered by some to be a witch it was long before the burning days anyway... He also did wood working and when he realized how many poor families there were is when he hire helpers know as elves, once the word got out that children were getting gifts from Santa the other children wanted to know why Santa hadn't brought them gifts well that is when the story was told "that you must have been bad this year" this also was a good way to keep the children in line. The the following year they got something from mom and dad and were told it was from Santa and then, well here we are....

That's rude that Christians can't answer. Santa Claus is an imaginary figure; he's not real. I'm no Jehovah's Witness and neither is he.

The so-called "holy day" called "Christmas" does *NOT* honor Christ Jesus.
