I know where it is suppose to be but it is not there.

If you have the new IE7 it is the top right has a round looking screw by it says tools.If it is IE6 then it is at top on left says tools

open ur IE and u can find some menus on the top of that screen, which says file edit view favorites TOOLS help. if u dont see any menus there press f11, bcoz probably the full screen might be enabled.

If you are using IE7 you can right click on the icon inthe upper left hand corner to reveal drop down menu, tools is one of the choices.
if using IE6 and don't see the tools menu, you may be looking at browser in full screen mode. Click the restore icon in the top right hand corner.

Mines at the top of my computer,over the refresh button, mines black and you cant really see it because of my Halloween desktop theme
