How can I get my Frostwire, or Linewire to work again?

I have both Linewire and Frostwire installed in my computer, but for the las few days on the connection icon it just stays on "connecting" and stays on the same place. I have tried uninstalling one or the other and reinstall it, but it does not work! What can I do to get it to connect again?

First of all you should get rid of Limewire.I just saw another question on Limewire and now they have a really bad virus from it. Get ares it is free,fast and free of bugs .As far as Frostwire never have used it.They maybe updating there programs on both sites.Good luck
