It all depends on how bad their teeth are.You got to take in effect that there is a fee just for the first appointment for the mold and pictures of the teeth plus if they need a spreader(if jaw is small) plus the amount of visits that will be needed for adjustments on the braces.It cost us in New Brunswick,Canada $8000 for our daughters braces including her retainer.

My daughter's braces were $4,800 and my braces were $4,475. Schedule a consultation with an orthodontist. Don't put it off any longer, a child should be younger than 12 for the first orthodontist appointment.

well im sure it cost alot but there is this insurance you can get on for your kids and its called peachcare! any child can have it up to age 19 and it pays for all the dental work and i think doctor work your children have to have up to age 19! im 17 and i have it and i just got braces and it didnt cost a penny!

well it depends on the condition of the teeth. im getting braces and everything (including appointments, retainers,etc.) is going to cost a little over 6k.

i got my braces when i was 18 and they alone were $3700 and then I had to have wisdom teeth removed and that was another $2000. So $5700
