I use to have that problem too, but then I bought this spray in conditioner. I use my regular shampoo and conditioner in the shower and then when I get out I also use a little of the leave in on my hair and hardly have static now. The kind I use is Pravana hydrating intensive leave in treatment which I bought from a salon, but im sure any kind of leave in conditioner would work. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this is the time of the year where it's going to happen. Hairspray on a brush, a bounce sheet, these are temporary, but that's about all you can do till winter is over. Maybe try putting a humidifier in the house?
Conditioner will also help. Try a leave in!

try rubbing your comb or brush with a dryer sheet. Also there are anti-static sprays. Also check what kinds of shoes you are wearing, the soles build up static on carpet.
