It sounds like you need a colon cleanse. When your bowels are clogged up, you start to have these symptoms because you are backed up and your system is not working as it should. Buy something to cleanse your colon from a health food store or eat lots of fruits with skin on i.e. plums, grapes, apples, prunes, etc.

Well, it could be IBS, like another person suggested. Are you nervous or anxious at all? Sometimes the colon responds to anxiety or depression with certain symptoms. My idea is GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). It is when acid backs up into your esophagus. Maybe that's the cause of your occasional heartburn. It takes a barium x-ray to diagnose. Maybe you could ask your doctor about it, because if you have GERD, you need to take daily meds like Prilosec or something so you can keep your esophagus healthy. Good luck. Take care.

All the symptoms are due to excessive gas in Ur bowels, and the classical cause of bowel gas are.. Hurry, Worry and Curry...
Must have some tension or anxiety. Take some mild anti gas and anti anxiety medications like Ranitidine Domperidon combination and Fluoxetine, and try to be happy and also, try to get rid of your Hurry worry and curry.

psychological issues are many times appropriate to actual indicators as an occasion boils, blood tension are appropriate to tension yet i do no longer think of that psychological and psychological issues are the comparable! actual issues are many times much less complicated to handle. the subject is investigated and drugs given. With psychological issues that's greater durable at each degree. that's complicated to locate an unique source. or maybe no remember if that's discovered, that's usually multifaceted. apart from, are the findings stable? many times some variety of self rfile is used as an occasion! Then, there is the scientific care section which will properly be aided via drugs yet to what consequence? There are substantial doubts over long term reward of ADHD drugs as an occasion. apart from, there is the hazard of relapse. whilst an arm is put in plaster and healed it is going to in all probability no longer return to its broken state. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that in case you have a psychological subject that's no longer uncommon to relapse into melancholy as an occasion. as a result i'd say that actual and psychological issues are diverse, no longer thoroughly self reliant yet interdependent.

You could have IBS which there is no test for. Some people have both constipation and very lose bowels and some just one or the other. There is medicine that helps a lot. Also you could be under a lot of stress and that is what is causing it.

See another doctor for a second opinion because you obviously have a problem and should be getting tests to find out what it is. The fact the doctor said you don't have a problem means he does not want to bother.

Don't just see a doctor, take a blood test to test for major disease. If there is nothing found, it could be just food you ate, indigestion caused all the problem.
