I ideally want a hair style which would artificially make me look taller.
Any ideas?

I really don't think a new hair style will make any difference in your height. I am less than 5 ft. but to me I am 6 ft tall. don't let your height become an issue. I just tell people I am vertically challenged .

I think you have a complex... I'm five foot one as well and it never caused me any problems to try any style I chose... why try to look taller, be happy and walk tall... I never noticed lack of stature and birthed six children despite doctors saying that I wouldn't be able to!
It never stopped the Queen or Ronnie Corbett being themselves and no one dare disrespect either of them... both are the same height! The Queen is the tallest lady in the land as far as stature goes and heaven help anyone who laughs at her;-) And as for Ronnie, he makes the wisecracks first and spoils their fun;-)
Walk tall, forget your height, be yourself and smile and before you know it, you'll be a six foot giant to everyone you meet, they notice only what you fear and try to hide and home in on it. Stop your complex before it even starts and live the life you have.... that five foot one of floor and air space, is all yours, wherever you may go, your whole life long... so make it sparkle with your super personality;-)

him out of fantasy island always looked smart, mini me was shaved. also the midgets at the circus always give the impression of being taller by wearing red noses and bright orange afro style wigs. paul daniels has a complete abortion or a hair style but is married to "the lovely" debbie magee. loads of options for you there, hope this helps

Hey mate it's not your size, I'm small 5' 4 and it's all in your head sorry but it is, what you need is counselling to get you over it as people are what they are and you can't change it , big hair would/might (Sorry) make you look silly so learn to be happy with who you are.

Just be yourself! If you are healthy, then what is the problem?Your height should not make a difference to you or anyone else..if it does, then that person is not worth knowing. Don't let society (via the media) put its ills on you?
