how do you find someone to share your life with if you do not go to the popular places to meet people

Find a club, class, or activity that you're interested in for its own sake. You'll meet people there that at least have that in common with you. Much better than just having a liking for alcohol in common.
I first met my wife when I flamed her in a newsgroup. :)

Well, I met my husband through the internet... I dont recommend this method for everyone, but it is a good way to get to know people when you cant or dont go out much... : )

You must make contacts somewhere. Through friends, internet, church, clubs, parks, school, anyplace you can meet people.

maybe you need to find more things that YOU'RE interested in, take part...and it'll just come to you. if you focus on you, you'll attract others.
