I've been told they keep it on the cheap for folks to stay at the table. True? False?

If you are gambling they are free, but you should of course tip the waitress each time they bring you a drink. $1 is good, $2-$3 and they will take better care of you.

If you are not gambling, it is pretty much the price you would expect to pay for a drink in a hotel.

Sit at a table or a machine and drinks are free. Go to a bar within the casino and they are regular price. PS Don't forget to tip the cocktail waitress that brings you the free drinks.

Free, WHEN PLAYING. If you go to a bar in a casino, they are usually about $1-2 bucks more than one would normally pay at a regular bar.

If anything like Las Vegas, they are "free" as long as you gamble. They will keep bringing them, but the more you drink and the drunker you get, the worse you play. The "free" can add up to several hundred dollars for 5 or 6 drinks!!!! Tip your cocktail waitress well and she will know the speed you are drinking and make sure she is there ready with another!!!

Drinks are free even if you play a penny slot machine.A.C. Las Vegas.Foxwoods,Canada, those are some places I have played .My guess would be every casino. They want to keep you there, they want you drunk so you will lose. I have friends and family who do not gamble. they sit at penny machine and drink all night. a tip for waitress is in order.

Drinks are usually free (on the gambling floor- tables and slots...) - you just need to tip the waitress. If you leave the gambling floor to go to a side bar, then you pay. Good luck in AC!

usually free while you are gambling. I found that they don't make them very strong. I drank Rum& Cokes for 12 hrs. of & on & didnt feel a thing. the next day I paid for them at the bar & got a little tippsy. That was in Vegas though.

As long as you are on the gambling floor, drinks are complimentary, whether it's a bottle of water, a beer, or mixed drink....the waitresses seem to remember who the tippers are..(or NOT)
