as much as i can! i love my teeth and take the best care of them! i rinse with Agent Blue to see where the plaque is, brush carefully every side of every tooth (so i don't damage my gums/gingiva) after every meal with colgate total so i can protect my, i floss every night, and rinse with ACT. I'm going to be a dental school student in a few years and i was a dental assistant and i did cleanings in the AF for 4 years, so a lot is expected of my smile! i'm about to prepare my teeth for my bi-annual crest white strips bleaching! :o) i hope everyone else can enjoy smiling as much as i do! smiling releases endorphens which can help you feel happier and more like smiling! i've noticed that if you smile (even when you don't want to smile) you feel great within a short amount of time!

4, no more, no less... seems like a good number. lol, j/k. i dont keep count, but its a lot.
i teah guitar lessons, so i spend a lot of time with kids and try to keep them laughing and smiling. i'm a humorous guy, and i love to laugh. i tend to see humor in everything. i come from a family like that. i remember when my grandfather died, it was the saddest thing ever. at the wake... i think there was a point where we were all quiet and sad for about 20 minutes. other than that, the whole family laughed at our family memories that involved my gramps (he's where our family got its sense of humor).
if we can laugh at a situation like that (which is what he'd have wanted), then i dont see why we cant laugh a little bit every day.

i smile quite a few times when i wake up. my cat sleeps with me and i share my room with a hamster. then i go ahead and smile for 8 hours straight. i work at a hotel so a smile is VERY important. i dont have the best teeth but i think i have a pretty good smile.
thats a pretty cool question. i wish others would take cue and start askin interesting questions on this site.
