if your father naturalized to be a citizen and you were under 18, you automatically received your citizenship along with him if you were listed on the application. If you were not listed, you can apply to naturalize based on haing permanent residence (green card) for more than 5 years and continually residing in the U.S. the Naturalization form is called a N-400.
