Neither. "God dwells within you as you", it is the spirit of God that prompts us to seek God,to know who we really are. some call this prompting faith. the root of this, faith, is in romans 1-19/20 we have been shown from the beginning of creation all that is to know of GOD even unto the GODHEAD.

Believers say yes, while non-believers say no. Guilt is what leads anyone to repentance. Usually that's the only time they would repent. Majority of the Convicted Criminals seek repentance, but being as we live in a divided Society, some wouldn't believe that some criminals truly do repent.
The truth of the matter is, some people only seek repentence or ask God of things ONLY when their life is in an uproar. Once their life straightens out? The thought of God is just a blurr.

Repentance comes at the time of Baptism and through out ones life time. That why the bible tells us to repent quickly cause God knows we will continue to sin.Even though we are justified we still have to repent. It is the mercy and grace of God that leads one into repentance and true kindness coninside with his grace.

Why so blind to what reasons the backlash against christianity? all the different religions and atheists stay in peace and are in basic terms attacked by capacity of undesirable christians which reasons all sturdy christians to melancholy on the wear they do! Up till approximately 40 years returned Christianity replaced into thriving and there replaced into no conflict with others yet in in basic terms those few short years the well-known christians have become illiberal, hate crammed, bigoted and persecuting ensuing in a growing to be backlash against christianity and inflicting christianity to loose over ten % in under a decade with the loss accelerating! Posts like yourspersistent people remote from god to no longer him and thus it incredibly is using you in direction of hell and not remote from it yet then your posts make it seem such as you're working for the devil besides!

It is the love and kindness of God that leads us to repentance. He loves us so much, He made us and gives us life. He does so much for mankind, yet we blame everything on him when satan is the culprit. When we finally realize our sin and his love for us we repent.

Both.
We endure the consequences of our own sin and hatred of God, which brings some of us to our knees.
When we find ourselves thus fallen, and we look to the heavens, we find a just God who is merciful upon those who realize that they are not he.
