kids don't learn, even the kids that want to learn have their learning disrupted.
One of the causes is teachers that aren't in control of the classroom. They aren't managing the classroom well. Sometimes that's their fault, but most of the time it's not.
Often the administration doesn't back up the teacher so the teacher can't enforce any threats of discipline, and the kids (especially the troublemakers) know this, so they just go right on disrupting the class and keeping anyone from any serious learning or discussions.
Why are the troublemakers troublemakers? Often it is because of trouble at home, and often they are children of single-parent families, and often that's only the mom, with no dad around, and so no discipline at home either.
This is a HUGE result of our society's breakdown of the family. When the family breaks down, so does the rest of society, in the form of troublemakers in the classroom, who often outside of school are in trouble with the law or headed there.

The motives of negative habit contained in the lecture room might want to be as assorted because the toddlers are. the end results of it are; disruption of favourite lecture room activities, instructor time spent inordinately with "habit" toddlers at price of different toddlers, the necessary pass of work for all the toddlers and workouts disrupted, reducing of young children feeling that college is a "secure" position, and for the youngster who's misbehaving it really is puzzling to continually be in problem, puzzling to be good too. often times the priority isnt inspite of the toddlers yet with the instructor. some are new instructors and havent established a good self-discipline base yet or some in basic terms cant particularly save administration continuously. Or they are getting up there in years and cant quite chase after that many young children anymore.
