Because the bible has proven itself to me time and time again. That I know it hasn't failed me, therefore, It says God is the one true God. His character and honor are infallable.
I stand on what he has done, and will continue to do. I know that He is the I Am.
and I have a realationship with him, he is my father in heaven.

I do not pray to Christ; I pray to his Father, Jehovah, as he said we should do in the Lord's prayer. (Matthew 6:9-13)
How do I know that Jesus' father's Name was Jehovah? Luke 1:32 says: "This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High...."
According to the KJV of Psalm 83:18, the "Most High" is Jehovah.

Because Christians believe that the Bible is the unaltered truth, and the Bible says they are praying to Jesus. Therefore, by that standard, they must be praying to Jesus.

I dont understand why an atheist became christian, i was raised into it but in being raised that way i can see both sides, youre just as closed minded as you were as an atheist.
