Ok so the guy I was dating started doing meth and it broke my heart because I was prego with his child. We talked and we broke up because he said he didnt care anymore. But when I said lets go smoke meth together and it would kill the baby because he didn't want it he said no I care about you to much to let you live the same life style as me. Is it wrong to still care and worry about him.

Is this a joke?!? You want to know if "it is wrong to still care". You would kill your baby?! ... you obviously don't know what wrong ... or right is.
Get out of this relationship. Get off of meth. Seek help.

Of course its not wrong for you to still have feelings for him. The human heart and emotions do not wane so quickly.
Honestly, it sounds like both of you may have self destructive tendencies and you may want to get that in check before you deliver. You will be bringing a human being in to the world who will need you for some time [ try about 25 years if you count calls on the phone for advice].
As far as being able to tell if he really cares, only you would know that. I would say it would be if he were to become a responsible parent and stop doing meth, while supporting you emotionally and probably financially while you need him to.

it's not wrong to still care about him, you are the mother of his child. He obviously does care because he said that he didn't want the same life style for you. Now you have to show him that you care about him as well. Do something that comes from the heart.

The boy is flip flopping like a bad politician. You need to get out of there because the meth itself is not a good atmosphere for the child.

It isn't wrong to still care about him, even if you decided that being in a relationship with him isn't a good thing and he said he doesn't care about you, he still exists and you still have a history together and you can't control your feelings.
But don't let your worrying take over your life.
If he cares about himself he would try to get help to get over his addiction. And if he really wants to be with you he will get help, but make sure he truly wants to help himself before you go out of your way to do anything special for him.
