Most of the other women hung during the Salem Witch Trials were exonerated 10 years later. But Susanna Martin was not, I can't even find a survivor of hers that was compensated. She was not from Salem Town (she was from Amesbury). She was accused by the Salem girls (namely Ann Putnum and Abigail Williams). I've found lots of infromation on her trial and the accusations against her, but have not found anything regarding restitution.

Could you suggest some places to research this?

Hey Chickensen...,

1. Find others that were compensated, and how. Emulate that process.

2. Ask an attorney for a free consultation (maybe even several attorneys)

3. I provided a search for Salem Witch restitutions that you can surf through to find how it has been done.
