Get the dvd "Yoga for Dummies" it is really great, you learn to relax, breath properly, and stay calm while exercising! Can't say fairer than that, also Sarah, the lady on the dvd is very soothing and encouraging. There are two different sessions on the dvd and one is only 25 minutes, so you can fit it in to a busy schedule. Honestly, try it, it really helps.
