well ive been in that situation a couple of times. first...NO HEELS. second just like any other person. if you make it awkward it will feel and look awkward. lots of girls date shorter guys. and hes only 2 inches. thats nothing. if your slow dancing just rest yourself on him. if your just dancing...bend your knees. just look at it as dancing with a guy your height of taller.

2 inches shouldn't matter. I am 5 feet tall and I am taller than my boyfriend by a foot were both short people but we dance and if we can do it than you can.

The same way you would dance with someone taller than you. It makes no difference.

Wear flats. And bend your knees just slightly. Otherwise, just dance, dance, dance...and enjoy it.

Allow him to stand on your shoes while dancing and suggest to him he get elevator shoes, the mens equivlient to high heels.
And sometime, when you are up to it, ........ask him if he is standing in a hole.

SAME AS ANY OTHER GUY...
MY BOYFRIEND AND I ARE THE SAME HEIGTH, HOWEVER WHEN I WEAR HEELS I AM TALLER THEN HIM, I HUG HIM AND REST MY HEAD ON HIM. :)
