If your name is not on the account, the bad credit rating will only show up on your husband's credit report.
But unless you are the primary breadwinner, earning more than your husband and in a steady, reliable job, you both are going to suffer from any default.
Treating money separately in a marriage is bad news. That's not to say you should bail him out if he is bad with money, just that this is the "better or worse" part.
Figure out a way for him to make payments on those accounts, then get that card cancelled.

Your not technically responsible for "his credit cards" but when you are married his credit score reflects towards yours becuase you share each others debt.

No only the cardholder is legally responsible. If you were an authorized user you are still not responsible.

I learned during my divorce, that unless your name is on his card that you are not responsible. Of course, if he gets
a bad credit rating and the two of you want to buy, something , his bad credit will effect both of you.
