It depends if it's just me, and how the flirting goes. If she's flirting with every guy, then I'll think that's kind of slutty. If she flirst with just me and we've just met, then I'll think she really flirts with everyone she just met until I see she doesn't, then I'll wonder why I'm special. As to infront of others, I like it when a girl flirts with me in public more than when she does in private. It makes it more real to me, somehow. Like going on public record.

It's an appeal that is stimulating, but I would be suspicious and not trust her very much. It's better to a lady and not a flirt. If one man is particularly special, just be friendly around him. I don't like women who aren't honest, or that I can't trust in some way.
A rule of thumb is the more you flirt, the sluttier it tends to be.

If she flirted with me thats fine, but if she flirts with everyone that alarm bells would start ringing...
I wouldn't think of her as a slut, some girls are just flirty - don't mean they have sex with everyone. But I wouldn't date a girl like that...
