good. I don't know if whipping it up (and adding sugar) and keeping it in the fridge will lessen the shelf life or not. It's been kept in the fridge in a glass bowl covered with plastic wrap.

Taste it! Put a dab on your finger and see if it tastes bad. I KNOW you can keep opened milk for 10 days past the expiration date. I think a dab of tasting it will not hurt you.

Once whipped, it will only stay good for about 2 days. It may not be sour, but it won't be nicely whipped.
