Immediate family is your parents and siblings. The rest are blood relatives, unless they married in.

yes but you must ask yourself where they married into the family? if so then they can be immediate. however take a blood test. that is one way to find out that you are related to someone. the dna should have similar make ups. thats how you can find your father, mother, grandmother, distant cousin, anybody!

Amongst the prohibited degree for marriage, all relations are classed in the statute. Their spouses also fall in the same category. They are not blood relations otherwise in as much as their genes have nothing in common with those of urs.

I would think that they would be considered a blood relative because when people ask who is your immediate family it usually means father ,mother,brother ,sister .....................
