We're all crying a little bit on the inside, and a lot of us are crying on the outside, right now. That's just life, cry cry cry, then get over it, or learn to live with it, and just move on, that's all you can do... time heals all wounds, but you still have the scars.

We all have things that upset or bother us, we all have things we could be crying about... I have done my share of crying lately and it is a good release of emotions for me... but sometime I do have to get back up and go on with each day... I have other people that depend on me, I take care of my home, family, and my job every day... so I cannot spend alot of time crying about things. What are you crying for, do you need someone to talk to?
There are many good people, even your family, friends, a clergy member or counselor you could talk with and it will help alot! :0)
If you cannot talk to someone else, just writing things on paper is very therapeutic for some people! It is great to be able to express whatever is bothering you and then you can do whatever you want with that paper... file, keep it, destroy it... etc!

Not at the moment but check back with me after I read the newspaper or watch the news!

If you're crying a lot, you may be suffering from depression. If it continues you should seek some help with it. Your doctor can offer your different treatments.

I've been depressed from time-to-time, I think some of that is just "the way it is"!

Good luck to you.

Crying can be just as cleansing as laughter. Different people express their emotions in different ways. If crying makes you feel better after you're done then that is exactly what you should do is have a good cry.

I'm about to :-( but I can't cry. I have no time for it!! ~ There's so many things that have to be done but there's not enough time. Life itself is driving me crazy. School is draining me completely, work is calling me "loser," my social life consists of this grand network called Internet, and when was the last time I saw my bf? I think 2 or 3 weeks ago. ~I'm crying inside~

Hope you are doing fine!

Why are you crying? It helps if you tell your problems to others. May be someone can help you, or you will feel better after telling. I hope you feel better soon.
