If you are on about getting your money back, if you paid your money via a debit card it may be worth ringing your bank to see if you can get your money back(this is at the discretion of your bank), as technically you paid for goods you didnt receive. There are a few banks that have agreed to do this for Farepak customers such as Abbey.
