Depends. If they went through the tools, internet options, and deleted there, most likely you wont.
However, if you want to track where they've been, Open My Computer, C: drive
Click Tools, folder options and check show hidden files
Uncheck (if checked) hide protected system files.
Then proceed to documents and settings.
Click on their profile
Local Settings
Look in the temp folder.
Unless they manually delete these, they remain for a short short period.

at the top of your browser, click on tools>Internet options
It should come up on the "general tab. The second section is for Internet files and cookies. You can delete all of them if you want. However, when you return to already visited pages, don't be surprised if the pages don't load up as fast.

omg these people are retarded... yes, they are gone, the only chance you might have is if you take your pc to a computer doc and see if they can pull into your windows system files... but its very rare they can find what you need since there is EVERYTHING youve ever gotten rid of in there... and it only remains for a certain short time period.
