Yes, try this one. The current flap over using EtG (Ethylglucuronide) results to suspend a nurse's license or fire him/her. EtG is a relatively new (last 2 yrs or so) biomarker that extends the window of detection for ETOH from 24hrs to up to 80 hrs. There is considerable controversy currently brewing among the nursing community regarding the use of the results to affect one's career. For research purposes, I'd suggest www. ethylglucuronide.com and the SAMSHA websites as a good start. Good luck.

I have a good one. What to do when you believe a doctor is wrong? Nurses see the patient everyday and usually know them better than the doctor who checks them during rounds once a day. A good doctor will listen to a nurse with concerns, but most disregard them as "non-doctors" and not as educated as themselves. So, what do you do when you disagree with a doctor?
