he emotionally abuses me, he always finds a new way to put me down. i even ran away once but the cops found me. and they of course took my dads side. i've even considered suicide and i have cut myself but i have stop for now... and i dont want to continue liveing this way with my dad he makes me feel like ****!!! and that i dont deserve to have a life...

There are certain cases when you can, but are you ready for that?
Emotional abuse is really hard to proove...Have you tried talking to a school councelor about it? In most cases, they can refer you to someone that can help you with your situation.
My advice is to stay in school and get help, rather than getting emancipated, dropping out and getting a full-time job to support yourself.

go talk to your counselor at school..... a teacher,
a parent........ ask for help.......no you don't have
to live like that....
