It's a scam.

Craig's list, one of the largest free posting web sites lists the scam here and explains how the scam works. Do NOT fall for it.

It's a common scam, It's on Craigslist.org all of the time. When they would pay for postage, I would send them a box with **** in it, or give them a fake address so they can mail out their fake cashiers check

dont do it, they sometimes even offer more than you ask or they say they want the item for thier sons birthday

Im pretty sure that sounds bogus... but if anything.... give them your real first name, fake last name, put it in storage so they have to pick it up there. , tell them to send 1/2 the payment now once you cash that, call them and tell them to come get it, and have the other 1/2 of payment. You could always ask law enforcement to come and sit with you when they are supposidly coming to get it. But still the fact of what they say all sounds a lil crazy.

It's a well-known scam.... except, ironically, to most sellers.
