French sounds nice, of course, but I also like to hear Japanese spoken (can hear it on the Iron Chef). It sounds like a gentle, bubbling brook.

The most free flowing language I have seen is Sign Language. Some Churches will have a sermom signed, Some musical productions we also have the event interrupted into sign. Even through I am currently blessed with good hearing, I will take my focus away from the actors or singers and watch the signer.
Like many Americans I do not know much of any other language. Including the one I like best Sign. I can usually tell which language is being spoken. After English which I am familiar with and sign, perhaps french is the best.

Spanish and Italian sound nice to me, as I know the Spanish, but I like Romanian most.

I love the sound of Arabic in the Qur'an cause it's a lot more beautiful than the Arabic spoken nowadays.
I also love the sound of Japanese and Malay.
