the fruit cups yuuo can buy at store that come packaged in syrup. is that fruit processed?

I believe it is, yes.
It's not natural, that's for sure.

Yes. It has been peeled, cooked and covered in sugar syrup. If you want unprocessed fruit, it needs to be fresh.

yes and there's too much sugar in the syrup - fresh or frozen is best
