Dress Agency is a good bet. You could try putting a free advert in the paper. The other alternative is to donate it to your favourite charity.
Why don't you also consider having a fun night at home, invite your friends over and have an auction. Then donate to your favourite charity.

Need more details.... like how much money your trying to recover and what size it is....
Try relisting it on ebay for a lower price.... don't add personal details.... people are strange about buying "bad" luck stuff.
I suggested posting the ebay listing on here so we can take a look at it... perhaps it's something your wrote or didn't present it well..
And you'll never get all your money back!

my friend is having the same trouble, and it was suggested that she sell it back to the bridal shop... she wouldn't get the money she paid for it but it would resolve the hassle of selling it, she decided to hang on to it for a little while longer, she still hasn't got over not being able to wear it... (she got hurt pretty bad, and more of a great expectations moment)
try ur local paper, or freeads, put notice up in shop windows...

Ebay is your ultimate guess. A consignment save will no longer grant you extra for an unused gown as a used gown. mutually as you will possibly be able to correctly be fortunate, your probabilities of having even 0.5 what you paid for are not incredibly intense because of the fact we are previous the biggest area of wedding ceremony season already.

Why don't you try on confetti. The web address is confetti.co.uk
Then if you click on the cafe icon it takes you to a forum page. On the left you will see the word forum, click on that and then scroll down and you will see a forum called for sale.
You should be able to sell it on there: http://forums.confetti.co.uk/index.php?s=19fda7a3dda19a364cd2ba2f3a589bf1&showforum=12

Check your yellow pages for consignment shops. In large cities, there are actually "Specialty" Consignment stores for Wedding Dresses and complete sets of bridesmade dresses.

A lot of consignment shops take them. You won't get all the money out of it, but you'll get a percentage and hassel of selling it will be gone.
