There are many definitions of physical properties but this one best suits this list of properties.

"A description of the qualities of a substance that can be demonstrated without changing the composition of the substance."

We see that all of the above properties can be analyzed without changing the composition except for combustibility. The easiest way to determine combustibility is to burn it (which is a chemical reaction). So combustibility is not a physical property.

Just looking at them, they all seem to be physical properties...but I'm not a chemist, I just stayed at a Holiday Inn last nite. Seriously, though, all of them. Good luck with that!
