Not completely (speaking from experience) but it does help towards getting rid of spots, because it makes your skin healthier and less greasy.... no offense with the greasy bit, that bit i had to guess...

Drinking lots of water takes away bloating, helps your kidney's, and keeps your bowels moist. Water will of course nourish your skin, and keep it from drying out, but it wont get rid of spots. To get rid of spots, you'll need to wash your face at least once every night (Morning and night for maximum results). If you have spots because you have oily skin, make sure to get a combination/oily cleanser- If you have spots, and it's not something you usually get, and your skin is a little more dry than oily, make sure to get combination/dry. Moisturzing will aslo really help. Make sure all of the products you purchase are non-comodigenic- Comodic products clog your pores, which you REALLY don't want. Keep up the water though. If you don't drink enough water in your youth, you could end up with kidney stones, and those hurt- very badly. Also, you may have harmonal spots- those are unfortunatly going to come no matter what you do- Also, make sure you eat at least 80% healthy food throughout the day- this really helps. Last but not least- When you wash your face, use hot water, this opens the pores so you can fully wash them out (cold water shuts them)- and take some vitamin pills- this really helps!!! Hope this helps!!!

Drinking 2litres of water a day is part of your healthy diet, the water will help to flush toxins out of your system and keep your skin hydrated. The spots could be hormonal so not a lot you can do about that but age! Do keep your skin clean and get some fresh air, stick to fresh fruit and vegetables and not so much carbohydrates and sugars...you should note a better skin...good luck!

When I had alot of spots I tried drinking alot of water, but it didn't really help much. One thing I have fould really helpful is Evening Primrose and Cod Liver Oils. I buy a combined 500mg EPO and 500mg CLO in a one a day capsule from Asda's at about £3.50 for 90 days worth. Hope this helps.

The harbour-side city of Auckland is New Zealand's true city and the vivid financial center of the nation, know it with hotelbye . Auckland can also be known as the "City of Sails" and it sprawls out in helter-skelter fashion between Manukau Harbour (to the west) and Waitemata Harbour (to the east) with the lightweight key town district proper next to the waterway. For most readers to New Zealand, Auckland is the idea of arrival, and several days washing up the ethnic and outside attractions here must be on every tourist's to-do list. The monuments, museums, and artwork galleries here are some of the finest in the country. The suburban coastline of the town is speckled with great beaches, and the islands of the Hauraki Gulf supply a taste of New Zealand's magnificent national park landscape right on the city's doorstep. Auckland is surely a town worth seeing.

Help With Spots

Here's a tip... Turn your pillow case over every night, horizontally one night, vertically the next. That way, you are less likely to press your face against the oils you rubbed off on it a previous night. Make sure you change your pillow case at least once a week too. And touch your face as little as possible. Dont even wash it unless you really have to. Letting water flow over it when you take a shower is fine, but dont scrub/rub your face and only dry by dabbing.

It really helps the general health of your skin. I suffered from mild acne as a teenager, I had oily and dry skin then I sarted drinking lots of water and used two really nice Lancome skin products (an exfoliator and a cleanser) and my skin is so much better, alot of people comment on how much better it is!

I still have occaisional problems but I find the weather also affects my skins health.

Absolutley! Try drinking at least 2 litres a day, it sounds a lots but after just a week you will be astounded at the results. I tried it and found I had more energy and I was less hungry!
