Tax Expenditure Paper?

Question

Im writting a paper about tax expenditures and was wondering if you guys have any ideas or topics that I might want to include in my paper. I know the subject is kind of broad but im trying to get specific on its pro and con side of tax expenditure.

I think it's interesting how such of the Federal budget is entitlement payments. The medicare drug benefit alone will consume the entire budget in 20 years or less.

i WOULD ACTUALLY CALL THE LOCAL IRS AND GET THE SOURCE AND ASK IF YOU COULD ASK MANAGER OR SOMEONE WHOS BEEN THERE A WHILE WHAT'S GOING ON AFTER ALL THERE PAID BY OUR DOLLARS
