why i can not drink mike? what should i do to make it easy?

it is really hard for me to drink milk, my dr told me that i should drink it and it is necessary for my health, but i really find it so hard.
any body can answer plz.

Cow's milk is actually nutritionally incompatible with humans; many are actually allergic to the substance and don't realize it.

Cow's milk isn't necessary for your health at all; although calcium is. Most people drink cow's milk to get their calcium, but there are so many other problems associated with it... (acne, diabetes, heart disease) that it isn't really worth it.

Give soy milk or rice milk a try; I drink it regularly and use it as a milk replacement in cooking as well... no one I've cooked for has ever been able to tell the difference. Most brands are fortified with calcium as well. Kale, broccoli, and many other leafy green vegetables are a natural source of calcium, in a form that is more readily absorbed by the body. Orange juice is normally fortified with calcium as well.

Regardless of what your doctor says, listen to your body. It's trying to tell you that it doesn't want cow's milk. I've been through the same thing, too, and I don't drink it anymore. Get your calcium elsewhere. Good luck!

Milk is NOT a necessary part of a balanced diet. That's a myth promoted by the dairy industry. Human beings do not need milk once they have been weaned. You can get calcium and vitamin D from many other sources (dark green leafy vegetables, legumes such as soybeans, etc.). If milk disagrees with you or you just don't like it, don't drink it.

Why can't you drink it? Do you get diarrhea, or an upset stomach? If so, you might be lactose intolerant. I find it very hard to swallow, myself, unless it is very cold, and then only with certain things.
