I mean the butterflys and nervousness and constant "agony" you are in because you are not with X. It's kind of like being nervous before going on the stage but it's not just for a few seconds it's all the time untill you see the X again...?
I doubt that all the things that go on inside your body are good for the general health. You don't sleep or eat...

Okay, he's my co-dancer in the show we are doing, we don't ever get to dance together together (I hope you know what I mean). I think he knows he looks good however he's not the dumb pretty boy either. He's cool and he has quite the same sense of humor as I do. We do talk occasionally, but he knows the other girls better so I guess he's more comfortable talking to them. I've seen him looking at me while I was doing the splits and all that...so at least he noticed me. Gosh, I'm so confused! Sorry:) It's just that...I can't think straight anymore, I don't know what to do I want him and I don't know how to get him. I know, I sound desperate and cheezy. Maybe. Still, I'm dying out here:(

That feeling is kind of icky. I mean are you are just lusting over someone that you will not be with? (This happens to the best of us.) It could become a potential problem. You don't want to be all worried and depressed over something that you can do nothing about. Eat child. I got so depressed once that I stopped eating. I lost a lot of weight but that was not the way I wanted to do it. Being in love is a good feeling not a bad one. Agony does not equal love. Love yourself first and foremost. Then you can start thinking about really loving someone else.

No! It's appallingly bad for your health. It can make you stop eating and sleeping and make you exceptionally unhappy, not to mention stressed and anxious.

Now we all know the benefits of love, of course, but the question should be: is it worth it? Despite what the films say, plenty of the population settle for contentment rather than love and probably lead more balanced and healthy lives because of it. Just ask yourself if you are one of those people....

Yeh i agree it does feel like that that sometimes. The constant Euphoria, not being able to eat proper meals, the paranoia of not always knowing whats going on in the other persons mind. lol. Then you wonder if youv'e picked someone who is good for you. Its crazy! Thats love for you but then who would wana be without it?

I was going to reply that being in love can be bad for your health ONLY if you were in love with the wife of a WWF WRESTLER – and went around bragging about it – but then I read the rest of your question.

WOW, you seem to be REALLY VERY MUCH in LOVE !

OK ! So let me put it like this, I agree that all the missing and being away from your loved one can be very distressing – BUT THIS IS WHAT MAKES the being TOGETHER THAT MUCH MORE WONDERFUL and CHERISHED and APPRECIATED and something TO BE THANKFUL FOR !

love is physically good for you. kissing (and generally being happy) releases endorphins in your brain. this makes you happy. however love sickness is also very real, so you probably shouldnt be with people who make you feel ill.

if your love turns into obssession, then you can get clinically depressed about the person and might selfharm if you can't have the person...obviously that is bad for your health...
