She needs help, I would talk to her and tell her that some things are not acceptable and that not respecting your property is one of them. I would clean the floor with pine sol if it is not carpeted and have the carpet cleaned if it is ( send her the bill) and then spray some Lysol everywhere. I think you need to get rid of her ASAP.
