I'm 13 and I have lots of baby hair (small bits of hair that don't grow). My friend told me that eventually, they fall out. Is this true?

yes, but should have fallen out by now, but have faith, I was quite a hairy individual, but it did thin out in my teens, during puberty. My arms etc were particulary bad (my mum actually used to try and shave them which made it so much worse)!!! and I hated wearing short sleeves, but by late teens they were much better and eventually I was just normal.

Hope it's not too bad, don't worry, it will all be cool.

When you're born, the hair on your head is baby hair. Most of the time that falls out. The "baby hair" you're talking about is just new hair growing in. After a little while it will grow longer and become thicker depending on your hair type. You should just leave it alone and be happy that you have new hair growing in and not falling out.

Even if they fall out, they will grow out again as baby hair. Baby hair is good. don't remove them by shaving or pulling. You will look very odd without baby hair.

The only way to get rid of baby hair,is to keep having it cut until it has even thickness and texture all over.
