Milk. The capsacin will dissolve in the fat.

Of course at this point your hands probably hurt from all the other stuff you tried.

Try rubbing an orange on your hands (not orange oil). I think that peppers are alkaline so the acid in the orange should help? I know that when I accidentally bit down on a red pepper at a chinese restaurant that's what they gave me.

Do you have any aloe vera plants? They are good to stop burning.

Sounds painful - hope you find a solution!

Chilli dissolves in fat (which is why yoghurt drinks and sour cream cool the palette much more effectively than drinking water or beer). So, to get the chilli off your hands, 'wash' them with Olive oil, (or any other oil-based substance). hey presto! NO more sting.

Most citrus fruits work, cut one in half and rub it over your hand. Then of course you have the nice ascetic smell on you that comes off from regular hand soap.

Try a milk bath. Milk takes the burn out of your mouth, so it might work on your hands. Good luck!!!

try lemon juice....and don't worry, I had habanero oil up my nose, I don't have any lemon....and scrubbing didn't work for me.....

Rub a whole lemon in your hands....that will put lemon oil on....after this you can open the lemon up and squeeze the juice onto your hands.....hope you don't have any cuts.....that'll burn.....good luck!
