I just received this new job...I do not want to leave this good job. However she can’t seem to be adult enough to leave matter out of the work place. Instead she wants to bring it into work which creates drama! She doesn't know it...but I’m over her section at work. But I can’t get rid of her...she has a 3yr old by my BF, which would cause problems. I don’t want to be accused of wrongful doing. She is not good for the work environment because she insist of making hardship at work.

My only suggestion to you is to see your supervisor or manager, you don't have to explain the history to them, but you can explain you have a problem with this person and you want to further your career and don't want to bring private matters into the work place. The work place is for work and not for vengeance or vendettas, and hopefully your supervisor will put this person into place, and you will still be the adult in the situation

Maybe you could sit with her and lay the cards out in the table and explain the situation. Tell her there is a reason as to why your x is your x and want to leave it that way. If she doesnt understand that situation, tell her you would take the situation higher than yourself and let the big boss tell her either she sticks to her job and manages herself or she is out. That way things wont be so much on yourself.

yikes talk to your manager and let him/her know how shes been acting towards you because of personal reasons and that u feel those problems should be left outta the work place ask them to move u to a diffrent area of the work place let them know u value your job and that u dont want her to ruin it by causing problems! the managers will look at u with respect and move u to a diffrent area or just fire her..

you should talk to her and tell her how you really fill about this job and about the drama and let her know that you are over her section and if she keeps it up your going to have too let her go, so if she really care about her child she would stop the drama at the work place and do what she has to do.
