Hmm.
Try to convert. Well, I'd certainly profess the love and mercy of the one true God, and salvation thru His Son, Jesus. I believe that God is universal, so this is certainly no different than posting on Y!A.
Perhaps some will already be Christian. Perhaps SOME Christians may think that they are demons, or something else.
Does the sacrifice apply? Only God can answer that one. I would think that it depends on if they have a soul.
How would society change? It would.

Christians cannot convert anyone - not even themselves! All conversion is a work of grace (i.e. God coming down to move people to a place of well-being). Only God can turn people around from their rebellion against him. He does this by his Holy Spirit convicting people of their sin. There are a few clues about how he deals with 'aliens' (i.e. non-human-beings) in the Bible but you and I have enough to worry about regarding ourselves.
For that reason, I'm not going on to the second part of your question and also because its a rhetorical question. Aliens would avoid Planet Earth like the plague - if they've more sense than us.

The first thing we'd need to do is talk to them if they are friendly--if they aren't, we don't really need to know about their religion! If they are, we'll be able to find out their views on the origin of the universe, etc., and will probably find out that we all know the same God. If they don't, we'd probably teach them our views and see if they agree. I doubt they would be converted, but we would certainly try.
How society would change? I'm pessimistic in this regard, I think it would be an awful lot like the way life changed for the native americans when europe started colonizing the west. They'll give us a little help and some new toys at first, but soon we'll be under their thumb, at least economically, and maybe actually controlled by them.

The Bible is silent about aliens, but that doesn't mean that they don't exist. It also follows that aliens would not pose any philosophical problems to Christians.
Though I do think it would be highly likely aliens that have the ability to travel across would have probably been able to figure out for themselves that life isn't random and that only a powerful creator could have created the universe.

I don't think most Christians believe in aliens, so if any showed up, they would be seen as demons. Which would of course allow the Christians to kill them with a clear conscience.
Depends of what the aliens were like.

Or what if an ex-govt official on TV (with voice changer & sunglasses) said the aliens were asked if they believe in God and cleverly they said 'Oh God? Yes God's in everything-is everything(something to this effect) like the flowers, mountains, etc. are God. Now the coming anti-christ will preach that we are ALL gods, anyway looks like they'll be hangin' together.

Assuming you mean "in the near future". If so, for aliens to come here implies that they are centuries ahead of us scientifically. The probability is that they will also be ahead of us in the philosophical and metaphysical arenas as well so it's more likely that, if they have a religion (or religions) that they'll try to convert us. Assuming greater intelligence than xtians (probable), they'll win - also assuming that they're as persistent and arrogant.

oh my..LOL
I couldnt help but laugh at the extent of the question..
Dont get me wrong, its a great one ^^
Just that am no Christian so I dont believe one needs to believe SOLELY on Jesus dyind so one could be considered true to God.
Therefore, if the aliens are advanced, am sure they would probably have figured out there was a God.
Id be more interested in their technology frankly...hmmmm

If Aliens have any sense they will stay away from this planet. Any extra terrestrial viewing us would see a planet on the brink of death and all the inhabitants fighting and killing each other in the name of religion.
E.T stay home

According to the Bible, Jesus just was interested in humans. He would most likely love alliens too but that's speculative. Society would really change a lot if we met up with beings other than ourselves! Exactly how is too mind boggling to ponder for me right now...
