Yeah, when a hair falls out it basically means a new hair is trying to get through and pushes it out.Im a hairdresser so dont worry if you are losing hair, new hair will replace it!! Around 100 hairs will fall out every day so dont worry!!

depends on the condition of your hair and diet, seasonal doesnt' matter to be honest. Hair doesn't always break at the root, it break at differnt spots depends on what your doing...heat, over brushing over washing even.
A good diet and vitamins like Bs and Folic acid will help keep the ahir healther and more then 8 servings of water. If you use a spray for a flat iron it will stop hair from breaking as much from heat. and use cold water to rinse helps hair folicals as well

yes you loose 80- 100 hair a day and your hair grows quiker in the summer

You absolutely lose hair during the day - mine is long and blonde and I find them everywhere!
I think you probably lose more in the summer, I know it grows quicker when its warm.
