For the same reason that rocks do not roll uphill. Losing energy takes less effort than gaining it.

Matter flows from High to Low.
Energy flows from Low to High.

That is not a great statement. Energy flows from the negativly charged area to a positivley charged area.

The reason energy will flow from a place of greater charge to one of lesser charge is that the lesser charged area is less negative. Everything is the universe wants to find equilibrium. It's the same reason water will flow down hill, or air will flow from a place of high pressure to a place of low pressure.

B coz every thing has a tendency to aquare the state of equilibrium. Thts y in case of unbalanced energy of any system
has the same tendency.U can get this point by an exmpl.
Always u see that liquid flows frm higher level to lower level
never u have seen that it flows frm lower level to higher level.

energy always flow from higher to lower potential

potential=height in case of mechanical energy

=voltage in case of electrical energy
