Its the same as any other medication, it has side effects.

Celebrex has been shown to cause the following side effects, many of which are the results of blood clots:

• Angina
• Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD)
• Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
• Heart Attack (Myocardial Infarction)
• Pulmonary Embolism
• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
• Ischemic Stroke
• Coronary Heart Disease
• Blood Clot

BUT as long as your doctor has checked your medical history and is confident that you are in the low-risk category, I really wouldnt worry.

Like I said, most medicines have some sort of side effects, even simple paracetamol, and they can all increase the risk of certain things, whether its heart attack or skin rashes, so I really wouldnt worry.
